Go Seminoles
The day after we got home from Tennessee, it was time to get into full football mode. Florida State was playing it's rival, Florida. This is always the last game of the regular season for us. It is an exciting game and we were all looking forward to it. We always have a big crowd at the tailgate for this game which means some definite fun.
Although we could not pull out a win, we still had so much fun. Friends and family is what it is really all about. And maybe a few beers! Of course a big win always makes it better but you can't win all the time. Being with good company can help take the sting out of a tough loss. I was so fortunate and thankful to be able to be in Florida this whole football season and could go to all the home games. I made every single one and had a blast at all of them. I want to thank my dad for always putting on an amazing tailgate and for letting me have a ticket to all the games. I want to thank my mom for watching Gavin during every game so I could go cheer on my Noles. A big thank you to David and Danielle for always being my constant tailgating partners. It was so much fun! And a huge thank you to my husband for knowing it was so important to me to be here with my friends and family while he was gone. He made a lot of arrangements and sacrifices so we could be here during his deployment. Football season definitely helped some of the time go by! To me there are not many things better than sharing some cold beers with good friends and family at a Florida State football game. Except maybe for my husband coming home :)
