Chad has to work tomorrow morning so we celebrated Mother's Day today. So my husband and my son took me to the Edmond Arts Festival. It was held in historic downtown Edmond which is a strip of old buildings that are now boutiques and shops. It is so adorable and the perfect place for a festival. They had all sorts of booths with amazing arts and crafts from all over, awesome live music and the weather was perfect. I am just falling in love more and more with our new little town. Everyone is extremely friendly and its a very family oriented town. It is a picture perfect American scene. Norman Rockwell would have loved to paint this place. I am so thankful we were given the opportunity to move here. So I thoroughly enjoyed my first Mother's Day. I am fortunate to be able to join the ranks of many of wonderful mothers in this world.
