Uncle Denny Comes for a Visit

Chad's older brother, Denny, flew out from Tennessee for a visit and to meet Gavin for the first time. We had a blast while he was here and as you can see, Gavin was completely taken by him.

Chad was so excited that Denny came out. They have a great relationship and it is glued together by their love of guitars. So of course we had to go and visit the National Banjo Museum. As always, Gavin slept through all of it.

We already know that Gavin will love his Uncle Denny. Last night we were having a bit of a time getting Gavin to go to sleep. (Sleeping all day during the crawfish boil did not help this AT ALL.) So Denny took him and rocked him. It was SO sweet and Gavin went right to sleep in his lap. We had a great time during his visit and we look forward to the next time! Now we are getting ready for Uncle David to get here on Thursday. Just like Chad, I have a great relationship with my brother and I absolutely cannot WAIT for him to get here and meet Gavin. I can hardly stand it!
