Fun in Atlanta

Gavin and I loaded up in the car Friday and headed north of Atlanta to see an old friend of mine from college. It was so much fun. It rained the whole weekend but with three kids in the house, there was never a dull moment. Gavin had a blast with Ayslea and Kolsen and Melinda, Nick and I enjoyed a few adult beverages together. It is always so much fun catching up with good friends after not seeing each other for awhile. And it is especially fun when your kids meet each other for the first time and completely hit it off. Gavin was in heaven with the older kids and they were so sweet with him. It was a fun little trip and Gavin did beyond my expectations while we were on the road. He is quite a good accessory while traveling!

They have two dogs, so Gavin panted like them all weekend. He is so smart!!
